Privacy Policy

All information we gather is confidential and purely to understand the client’s history as it pertains to the therapy they require.

24 Hour Cancellation & Late Policy

Our clients are obligated to contact us 24 hours in advance for cancellations. If 24 hours is not given then the client must pay full price for the session they missed. If a client arrives late to a session they will receive treatment during the remaining time and will have to pay for the full session.

Illness

If you are suffering from any sort of illness, especially those which are transferable, we ask that you do not enter the center. In the event of a surprise illness we will be happy to refund or reschedule your session, even without 24 hour notice, with the presentation of a valid medical note.

Receipts

We provide receipts for every service we extend to our clients so that they may submit it to their insurance company.

Gift cards are available for purchase to all customers meeting our general eligibility criteria.

To purchase a gift card, visit our website and navigate to the "Gift Cards" section. Select the desired denomination and quantity, then proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to complete the purchase.

Electronic Delivery

Gift cards are delivered electronically to the email address provided during the purchase. Please ensure the accuracy of the email address to prevent delivery issues.

Gift Card Redemption

In-Studio Redemption

Our gift cards can also be redeemed at our physical store locations. Present the physical or electronic gift card to the therapist at the time of payment.

Expiry and Non-Refundable

Expiry Date

Gift cards expire one year from the date of purchase. Please check the expiry date on your gift card.

Non-Refundable

Gift card purchases are non-refundable. Once purchased, the amount is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other forms of payment.

Lost or Stolen Cards

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Please treat your gift card like cash.

Changes to the Policy

Omni’s Healing Hands reserves the right to modify or amend this Gift Card Purchase Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
